Get involved
LYS are co-created participatory events. There is no hired entertainment, artists, headliners or commissioned work. That means that you (and everybody else) are responsible for the experience.
You sign up for a volunteer role when you purchase your membership.
If you want to contribute with the organizing part, send an email to contact@frostlys.no
Do you want to bring art, activities, music, theme camps or other experiences, contact the Placement team.
Everybody participates
To make the events happen, each and everyone of us contributes by doing volunteer work either pre, during or post event.
Lys is run by volunteers, and relies on the effort committed by the participants. Together, we are responsible for what this event is and can be. When you secured your membership, you chose one of our volunteer roles.
In line with several of our principles, bringing content, creation and magic is very encouraged! What do you want to share with the community?
Volunteer
You are all encouraged and asked to contribute to the event by volunteering. This could mean:
Signing up for a shift
Taking on an available task or lead role
